Who can relate? It was leg day for me yesterday and I finished my workout late so I skipped stretching afterwards. And I really feel it today! Stretching is important because it lengthens the muscles that were just shortened during all those reps you just did. Stretching eliminates the lactic acid that builds up in your muscles during a workout. Stretching also improves flexibility and increases blood flow. Do yourself a favor and take the time to stretch after you exercise! 🏋️‍♂️

It’s cold outside!! It finally feels like November here in Pennsylvania and nothing is better for warming the family up like a hot bowl of chili. A great source of protein and fiber, this chili has 4 different types of beans and ground beef, but you can use any beans you have on hand. You could also use ground turkey instead of ground beef.
